Experience the indulgence of Victorian high tea with these exclusive afternoons for two to six guests.

Weekdays Wednesday to Fridays, we offer an elegant and classic afternoon tour and tea at the house. Starting with a personal exploration of the house and gardens, go wandering the labyrinth of rooms and gardens, before relaxing in the Victorian watchtower for high tea.

A unique gift for anyone interested in history, architecture or just someone who would love to escape the modern world and step into the timeless labyrinth of locations for a few hours. Afternoon High Teas are booked in advance and each experience is redeemable against an agreed future date.

The menu comprises a Sweet & Savoury Selection of: Homemade Raspberry Scones with Cream, a choice of two of five sandwiches for all guests., plus a fine Tea & Coffee Selection comprising: Whittards 1887 Blend tea, Café duMonde New Orleans Coffee & Chicory, Colombian cafetière, Decaffeinated tea or coffee – or maybe some Fruit & Herbal Infusions such as Lemon & Ginger, Peppermint, Camomile or Red Berries.

We are also happy to accommodate dietary and allergy requirements. Please mention and suggest alternatives at time of  booking.
